At OCC, it is our conviction to have a high regard for expository preaching. What is "expository preaching?" Simply, it is preaching that makes the point of the text the point of the sermon. It is our conviction that biblical preaching seeks to explain and apply the text of Scripture whether we are preaching verse by verse, by topic, and/or by theme. We want to know what the Bible says and apply it to our lives.
